Thoughts? I can buy without a mortgage, so money isn't an issue. However I feel that it is easier to build a strong social life when you live in the city (I'm 26, Dutch), compared to living in the suburbs where the only people around will be families. But the advantage of a house obviously is the space and the price is a bit cheaper. I know we all hate liberal city dwellers but there also good people there which you can meet and thots obviously and I can sell the appartment when I am a few years older. However I feel that if i buy a house I will be alone in a big house doing nothing all day.
