I never went the whole way, so I can't confirm whether the bank would ask additional questions when you sell the place. Worst case, imo, just keep it for 5 years, rental yields are at 7% rn for many places (would drop to 5% after taxes, service charges and paying for someone to maintain it, but still).

And no, you can't transfer from Coinbase/Binance. RAKBank apparently has some sort of deal with Kraken, but you need proof of 6 months of waging before they even open you an account there, which is absurd.

OTCs can at least give you cash, which is king here, and you can pay anywhere with cash. It's kind of a bummer, but not the worst thing in the world. As long as you warn your OTC in advance, you can cash out $50k per day, some people are doing it.
