Anyone else here discovered crypto in 2021 holding monero? Do you guys feel isolated holding monero thinking about peer to peer cash when you missed the 2017 run/culture? Thinking of mining monero for first time but feel like the fun is gone in mining crypto? Do you feel like the entire market is going to crash down and we're bagholders 10 years late?

I just walked over to my local bank and it says I can't withdraw on the ATM, and the bank teller told me they can't because of "technical issues", i went over to a different branch and asked to deposit 100 (as a shit test) and they said no problem. I switched half way through the conversation and said "oh i slipped up i really wanted to withdraw 100" and the teller kinda fumbled and look at their coworkers and said "I can't, its glitched" and i just said if you can take deposits how come you can't take withdraws, and they just made up some "i don't know" bullshit lie

I had to withdraw a few grand from the bank a couple weeks ago. Since I hadn’t been there in years, she had to do a little KYC. The teller asked me where all the money came from. I said crypto. She was confused and incredulous. As if crypto can only lose money.

I have to get a job and I'd rather sit in a nice office all day coding for a good wage than just about anything else.
What are the best resources to not only learn to code but actually build some sort of portfolio to illustrate that? I have known the basics since I was a teenager from modding and building basic webpages or games in java, c#, and html so I'm not totally unfamilar with it but I've never had any formal education.
Going back to school seems like by far the most expensive, albeit easiest, option. Is CodeAcademy pro worth it or what else is there?
