>Brazil and Russia are resource based economies dependent on China buying at 2000s era levels which they aren't.
This leaves:
>China, the current leader, which has basically peaked: Manufacturing is going to cheaper nations, India is undercutting its tech/service sector (this is not mentioning internal issues).
>India: India is in the best position, but China is purposely trying to fuck them over ('String of pearls strategy', Daming their rivers. etc)
