ok heres the deal , guy ordered something from me, i sent with tracking , tracking shows insufficient address , google maps can find the street but not the house number , buyer sends message after a month of being afk where is item and that their postman makes alot of mistakes on their delivery.
i received the item back but tracking shows item still in route towards me. buyer wants full refund or for me to send it back to same address :facepalm:

buyer smells like a scammer. what do i do ? can i keep the money and not refund , or just refund the cost of the item minus shipping , tracking shows item still somewhere else even though i got it back . can i avoid a negative feedback ??
