i work at a retail clothing store for minimum wage unloading trucks in the backrooms

he's VERY bossy and bosses us all around all the time always barking out orders

he has been running to the boss and saying that he does the most work and that the rest of us do nothing
yesterday he left a sticky note on the bosses computer which was horribly misspelled
he wrote that we did our jobs half assed and that "they were on their phones"

why are NPCs like this?
we're all slaving our lives away so the owner of the store makes millions a year and we make minimum wage unyet this fucking s oy jak feels the need to police us around
