every single SPAC ive thrown money in has popped on merger announcement. some are just 3-10% others over 20% and thats when you should sell, unless the company is worth it like Luminar (I was shilling it here and no one fucking listened).

my point is, i havent lost money with them yet so its hard for me to admit there are better alternatives. ill submit that they're not viable for the longterm investor and most companies will be complete duds such as GOEV
