To beat its all time record we would need a squeeze, because the last all time record was a squeeze, a squeeze is possible this year, but if the data was not fudged and obfuscated, it would happen immediately, so with all things of this nature it will happen gradually and then all at once, so your only chance is to get as much as you can while it is suppressed, maybe sell some when the squeeze happens and buy gold (personally I'm waiting for the ratio to be 40:1 or better before moving some to gold).
For those who think the bankers will never allow this, become aware that there are multiple banks and they are often on the opposite sides of trades and not all the bankers get to win, and at the end of the day, the actual value of silver, based on our need for it as a species (not just because it is pretty, but because of its electrical and antibacterial properties), it will be much higher than it is today, squeeze or not. Even if we went through nuclear armageddon, destroying most of our cities, whoever survived, will need silver to treat burn victims and get technology back.
