>Not going to lie, this one was wrong, not on substance, but belief in the developers I knew and worked with. There was a certain class of apps I was pushing to get made for POW blockchains. I made it in as a software developer for one of the teams and they didn't listen to thing I said. I approached other teams building similar apps (but apps that were fundamentally flawed) and tried offerring them money for a product, they never even gave me a quote. I still don't see a use for Chainlink, but the good news for bag-holders is that absolutely no one in the world is working on the apps that would make it irrelevant. So obviously with a price rise like this it can be a good time to sell, but the catastrophic risk I saw in Chainlink was much farther from being realized than I imagined.
