Yes, it's basically the only thing that matters, as far as we can tell. The volume spikes near DRS reporting days are strongly suggestive that (they) are up to something, what is that something? The theory I've been most convinced with is that pumping volume before reports allows DTCC to 'justify' their use of CS's non-book shares as locates aka anything in the name of 'operational efficiency.' Since each development proves further how deeply entrenched our opponents are, I assume the 'locate' is just as good as a regular share for not just shorting purposes, but for any collateral/margin/fraud that the DTCC wants to call 'accounting.' Basically, it's in their clutches and as we know they regularly commit international securities fraud.
