What? Yeah, monetary policy is "working" - it's destroying demand, destroying the economy - and it's not done yet; 12-18 month lags.
That's the whole point of the Fed hiking cycle, to disrupt the economy, crush demand, bring unemployment back up to maximum employment levels minimum
We are seeing the economy collapse at the fastest pace on record, while prices are continuing to go up. This is stagflation, and this is something that we should all be angry about, that the Fed is failing to do their job. That the Fed cares more about public image and whether they are liked or not, than to stop inflation, stop stagflation
