So say you make a million or more and cash out. How would you set up your capital for passive gains so you can go full neetmode? Dividend stocks, rental properties, P2P lending?

For me I think buying a few condos would be decent, maybe even in tourist areas to Airbnb those fuckers out. There is a new class of landlord neets being created as we speak
