Thinking about investing in a food truck
Summer and most of spring roll around start selling food and cold drinks, maybe switch up and focus on warmer foods for the fall and winter

I can also push catering and private events too, probably put that money towards opening a official restaurant and have money coming in from the restaurant itself and the food truck

What does /biz/ think? I also figure getting a good spot at carnivals, state fairs, concerts and other public venues are good for exposure

How viable are food trucks? Thinking about starting one that sells Juicy lucy burgers at Breweries.
