Since March I've made four separate orders for precious metals with three different bullion dealers and none of them have shipped yet. At what point do I start to get worried they will never arrive?

Pretty much every dealer is weeks or MONTHS behind their orders right now. I wouldn't say they're scamming, they're just not set up to deal with this volume of metal coming in and out.
