So I decided to see what happened if you invested your income monthly in the market versus saving it and investing it only if the price went down relative to the last month. Seems that the cost of missing out on the gains of getting your money in earlier offset whatever benefit there was of cost averaging down with this strategy. Or maybe I just fucked something up somewhere down the line, who knows.
