I'm not smart but I put a ton of money into link because to me self executing contracts that trigger when real world events happen sound really cool. Although, is this even possible? Basically, has this been tested and is there anyplace I can go read about working successfully where a smart contract pulled data from the outside world using onto the distributed ledger and executed the concractual agreement? or is ChainLink still just a theory and they're trying to pull off solving the biggest problem the world has ever faced? Help I'm in deep here.
