Its been talked about before by Sergey and Emin and even the Chainlink Subnets usecase was discussed not too long ago when Avalanche Warp Messaging was released.
and then nothing, now months later Ted Yin resurfaces on the Chainlink Research Team.
this aint a coincidence buddy, something big is in the works and its obvious what it is.

The Future looks something like this:
>Chainlink Labs stakes AVAX and runs Validators for the Chainlink Subnets (yes plural they will run multiple Subnets)
>because of this every other Subnet on Avalanche gets instant access to all kinds of Chainlink Oracle Services through Warp Messaging and abstracts away a lot of bootstrapping BS
>If they open up these Subnets for other Avalanche Validators then this creates another Staking usecase for Chainlink as both LINK and AVAX have to be staked to validate

ETH2 staking rewards are around 4% and you cant unstake for probably a year or so.
if the hardware or software fucks up you get slashed and lose some of your stake.
its not worth it. too much risk.
if you want actual riskfree staking run an Avalanche node, much easier, more decentralized and there is no slashing and there is an already proven 9 -12% APY for it.
