stablecoins provide basically no value, and they have nothing propping them up, they don't even have government will behind them

and proof of stake is an inflationary mess that just codifies existing problems with the economy, plus none of them have any real reason to exist because they don't have any meaningful use

holding BTC & XMR is the ONLY long term crypto investment strategy, both of the currencies are widely used for actual trade and both of them have extremely useful features.

If you don't understand why this is the case or why it's even important, you shouldn't be trying to make your money like this because it will make you broke. If you are buying anything else expecting a get-rich-quick scheme and you think that will get you anywhere you are playing a losing game, you are quite literally the trading equivalent of some obese faggot who makes tiktok videos that one gives a shit about all day instead of getting a job, thinking that they're totally gonna get famous one of these days.
