Ethereum doesn't work and projects built on top of it can easily be hacked / exploited and have been as recently as last week, STA / STONKS both had their liquidity pools drained last week via Balancer..

Can you Imagine if HSBC built an application on top of the Ethereum network only for somebody to find an exploit and syphon funds all the funds out...

Not only that Etherum is completely over congested and at the best of times charges ridiculous gas fees that regularly get stuck pending. In 2017 the network pretty much collapsed because due to people trading Imaginary cats. Ethereum fucking sucks
