I have concerns that coins minted by companies - like Le Grande or Germania or Bavarian - under the flags of banana republics specifically to avoid certain taxes for the bullion will always be considered candy, rather than numismatic. Sometimes I seem classified as "Non-circulating" - does that matter? Any reason for this concern?
