I was in same boat a year ago. I put 500 in crypto and 500 in stocks. If you're young and broke and only using small amounts I'd reccomend waiting for a good dip to buy into big 3 crypto (btc, Eth, link) and also try and get in a good stock/etf following a nonsense flash crash of 5-10% (I did this with FNGU and am planning on doing it with TSM)

If you have big money you can do metals or s&p or some other boomer nonsense but with 100 you're going to see $5 fluctuations at best and not feel it. If you see your investment increase by a noticeable degree it's much more engaging and you will develop a greater interest in investing, which leads to more opportunities through research.

Don't buy small cap shitcoins right out thr gate if you have not been through a few pumps and crashes. You might see it pop of if you're lucky but chances are youre either gunna buy a worthless bag or not sell at top. Plenty of shitcoin shillers will sell you a 20 cent bag and say it's going to $10 when the reality is that it's going to 50 cents and then zero. Alot easier to buy something good and hold then mess with that if you are new.

If biden wins, Trump still wins. He isn't going anywhere and isn't spooked by meme concepts like "peaceful transition of power". Heres what is going to happen if Biden wins the election. Trump declares widespread fraud and stays in. What can they do? He has the supreme court, the military and 50% of the American people on his side. Democrats can't and won't do shit and if they do it will only consolidate his power more.
