The holo team does not have 25% of the supply ready to dump on you. Following the ico a lot has been distributed.
from telegram admin: "the community held 75% of the supply, and the org held 25% of the supply. But most of us worked for only $1000/mo stipend for many many months, so a large chunk of that 25% went to backpay, partnerships, loans, etc. Most of it was distributed immediately. You can go audit the ledger. IT is a blockchain."
