/biz/ advice for stress?
feel like the front of my brain is about to explode.
all i think about, every single moment of every day, is how much money i need to get out of this rut (low income wagie, in debt etc) but objectively i know nothing can be done immediately to resolve these problems and no matter what solutions i dream up, they will all take a lot of time.
so why the fuck do i need to constantly stress myself out about it in the present moment? no matter what i do to distract myself the stress headaches keep coming back, even my depression naps arent helping
