Here’s an idea.

>be a rich jew
>own controlling stock in legacy car company
>also own legacy media companies and have clout with social media giants
>buy tesla stock, which is very cheap
>use legacy car companies to develop the best self-driving electric car tech in the world
>now secretly give that tech to tesla
>all of a sudden the new kid on the block has the best tech
>le "what if you had bought apple in 1980" meme
>use ownership of/connections with old and new media to promote tesla
>time it so the final phase of promotion happens as the government is handing out trillions to retards
>profit

am i missing something here?

these houses are artificially more valuable because the tax code is designed to encourage leveraged real estate investment. it’s basically subsidized loans. so since the rich can borrow more money and pay less tax as long as they use the loans to buy properties, it artificially drives the prices up. as long as interest rates are low (or negative soon), housing prices will continue to rise even though nobody is living in the fucking houses.

"supply and demand" doesn’t work here because you are assuming the demand is driven by people who buy the home to live in it. the prices would be much lower if that were the case. basically, the current system is designed to stratify society into rent-seekers and serfs. and it works pretty well at doing that.

Garbage advice. If you have to convince yourself you need to be ween'd off nicotine then you're still a slave to it and you'll never be free of that craving.
Nicotine is not a very addictive chemical and it's out of your system in a day with literally 0 withdrawal symptoms. Smoking is a psychological condition and you should treat it like one. Make lifestyle changes and condition your brain to reject the darbs

Just want to suggest a third view to all you faggots. It’s very possible the crazy people you see on tv and in big public events are part of a huge network of crisis actors, whose job is to keep everyone scared of and at war with each other, making revolution impossible.

Seth Rich, Epstein, JFK, etc would all have not really been killed in this scenario, and the same would go for George Floyd, MLK, and everyone else whose death had been promoted in the news.

That could also mean terrorists are fake, serial killers are fake, politics and voting are fake (with all votes stolen by voting machines) and all conflicts between groups, classes and nations are completely manufactured, both to make money and keep the masses under perpetual control.

>Summary
>The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has recently published that Visa has filed a patent application for a digital fiat currency.
>The application mentions Ethereum several times, suggesting that the Ethereum blockchain could be the one used for the project.
>Visa could have just cemented its position as the main government partner in the shift to monetary digitalisation that is bound to happen in the future.
>I rate VISA a strong BUY.

Considering how fucked up the situation was for blacks until very recently, it makes sense for them still to be in a worse position and more likely to commit crimes.
>b-but poor whites commit less crimes
It's not the same. Besides the racism factor, poor blacks are more likely to live in shitty city conditions than poor whites, and will have fewer relatives that can support them to an extent like whites. They have a less supportive network of people to deal with, because for generations they were screwed over.

Your conclusion that they're naturally violent is wrong.

But by the very nature of the system, more people will feel like the platform has succeeded.

>Do you think your mom would ever find any use or value in Bitcoin?

My mom is past 60 now and she still struggles to send an attached file without my help, she probably wouldn't even be able to post on this board.
Most boomers are tech illiterates and will remain as such until their death, what matters is that zoomers and millenials understand how it works.

>There are no consumer protections with crypto. The US has a sub-100 IQ average, so I doubt any adoption will occur unless it somehow becomes easier, faster and safer than a credit card.

The big picture you don't see is that crypto in 3 years will be easier to deal with when it comes to do transactions and microtransactions online.
Today buying things online is still crap, the" pay-for-content" doesn't work because people don't want to register their credit cards on dozens of different websites and the prices are just too high (because of the fees).

Want an example, here I sent you directly 50 coins through a link, actual disposable funds (unlike with Venmo) without going through a third party and without paying a fee to anyone: https://hub.nimiq.com/cashlink/#RzWM4whT9dhMatDx0e4sMy39kK2uPUKhPJU_-IgsGNUAAAAAAJiWgA==

Besides it's not like we have a choice anyway, we either adopt crypto or get trapped in a nightmarish cashless fiat society where you can be cut abitrarily from the financial system, pretty fucked up.

Most of the coins that will recover began their ascent toward the middle or end of 2018. Coins such as FunFair are simply dead.

- spend hours trying to save $100 on a $300 laptop, convoluted methods to save the extra few bucks, feel good about myself when I saved 30%
- spend way too long contemplating purchases, even after the fact, sometimes returning them etc
- stressed about being a loser and not having much going for me, comparing myself to "successful" people on facebook
- pirate everything; don't understand why plebs spend $5 to "rent" movies from streaming services when it's easy, more convenient, and far better in terms of quality to keep a home library using a PVR with Plex
- drive an old ford that is falling apart, have to practically Fred Flintstone it
- lolwut is opsec
- afraid to spend $1 on training courses, inventory, whatever

intermediate:
- realize everyone I know is financing their lives, normies all think in terms of how much things cost per month (what the fuck) while paying for years on end; wonder how the economy doesn't come crashing down with all of this fake fucking bullshit and loans given to absolute retards
- realize that most people are losers and simply don't advertise it, start to learn to sell myself
- still don't understand why plebs spend $5 to "rent" movies from streaming services
- drive a boring practical car

(to be continued)
