I missed the GME and crypto stuff but I live a very simple life. I have a full time job I like and I can afford my rent. I have zero debt, no student loans or car payments. My car is a piece of shit but its reliable. No kids, no GF, no one to tell me how to spend my money.

I'm sort of comfy. All my disposable income goes into hobbies and music, almost 20k worth. I have $5,000 in cash to my name. Am I doing it right? Nothing about my life really sucks. What would you guys do in my situation?

I'm 30 now and would sort of like to open a retro arcade when I'm 40 or something. I like retro gaming. Maybe now is a good time to start saving up $ to open my own business?

If you rent you can reduce your exposure to this issue longer term.
