Buck up anon, you will make it, we are finally getting close to the point where things will get better, its just that they have to get worse first and we must all endure hardship.

Been real tough for me as well, fucking one thing after another has gone wrong.
The past few years have been super fucked for anyone with a brain, just hodl on and make sure you are exercising and eating decently to take care of your body. Take care of your mind too, give it a challenge like books, puzzles, problems, ect. Take care of your spirit too, dont over look that.

While I agree and am in the camp of PM stacking basically being your own bank rather then a lotto ticket, there are a few things to consider.

When fiat has finally done what fiat always does, very few people will have the purchasing power to buy land, and prices are already over valued for property. This will be coupled with more dollars chasing that same property, so the price of land measured in Oz's really does have great potential to skew in stacker's favour.
