The Company is centered in Luxembourg, a great location for off shore trading of bonds, In my previous post, I pointed out how Citadel mismanaged Treasury reporting, which is likely the connection that I was supposed to draw. Citadel is no stranger to offshoring, as one anon pointed out a few months ago. They own two SPVs in the Ugland House, which they likely use to reduce their onshore debt obligations. I wouldn't be surprised if many of those firms on the list I posed are offshore accounts managed by Citadel
