1. someone wants something from amazon.
2. you buy it for fiat and ship to their address.
3. after they get the item they then send the cost in crypto to you, minus something like 5-20%.
so it can cost 20% extra to "buy" crypto this way but you dont need passport or phone. also there's some trust involved (dunno how purse.io handles it, assume there's some kind of escrow and reputation system)
