Intergenerational wealth is built by making sure your kids can do better than you, and in turn their kids can do better than them. This may mean that you have to make some "sacrifices" like letting your kid live at home until they are like 22 (oh no!) while they study and intern/apprentice etc... so they can get into the workforce faster and make real money. Boomers cant comprehend that the game has changed since their day so they just assume their kids are lazy
