I would also suggest living on the ground in whatever nation you are investing in (or in a slightly more developed one nearby).

For example, I am not wealthy enough to get into Singapore on an EE visa (yet). I do have an apartment in KL though. I'm involved in a private security venture both in KL and Manila and there are so many local idiosyncrasies, business practices, and bureaucracy I wouldnt have known about or been able to deal with if managing remotely or without a local partner.

It's absolutely insane how many people in Manila are wealthy enough to pay for round-the-clock physical guards on their property. Tens of thousands. And this is just one example; the opportunities are endless.

Would actually argue that
>the "nice" urban neighborhood inside a city
>the "nice" suburb outside of town with good schools (if you have kids)
In the US offers some of the best QOL of any place on the planet, barring some exceptions. And this is true for basically every city in the country, in the poorly perceived ones.

literally what organic poster is camping out in meme stock generals, waiting for a single piece of bad news to drop, combing through 8k filings for said bad news, and then repeatedly posting about it in said general?

Literally no one. You are paid to be here. Go get a new narrative from your manager because you fucked this one up bad.

ATH in marketcap sits at $6.4b. If/when we squeeze, it will easily go back to $6.4b. Current share count is 117m. That puts our ATH with current share stats at $54.

If/when we squeeze though we will likely follow GME's trajectory (if not higher due to the smaller marketcap we're currently at.

During the squeeze in January 2021, GME's ATH in marketcap went from its previous ATH of $10b to $22.6b. That's (basically) a 2x increase from its previous highs, but remember that the hedgies used rich people magic to shut down RH and buy orders on GME so they could cover so it likely was going higher.

Anyway, if we use the same logic with BBBY and expect a 2x from its ATH, that puts us at a $13b market cap, and at $111 ATH in price.

These are conservative numbers. A m&a that isn't at a fixed price (shares for shares or cash&shares for shares) will likely cause the price to go much higher. That's what happened with VW.

either way we are going to $50 from here minimum.

This is where you're wrong anon. OP needs to market his handmade, artisan furniture pieces to all of the Californian refugees in Montana, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, et cetera. Even if it's just for a second home or something, they will pay out their nose for custom furniture hand-crafted by a true local.

this is your demographic OP. Go for high-end, wealthy californians dying to seem cut out for their new home. They'll love it.
