friend, thank you, this is good advice but it's all stuff i know i SHOULD do. my trouble is, my brain's so fried from this ridiculous movie we're in, where the world is perpetually about to end, we're on the verge of at least a half dozen enormous, history-changing events, everyone's lost their mind and is in some kind of technology-induced dissociative trance, and (if we're not totally schizo) XRP holders find ourselves at the very center of these civilization/species/biosphere-level shifts which are occurring, but PLOT TWIST you can't talk about it with literally anyone because it sounds absolutely insane

basically, at the moment i'm barely capable of taking care of my basic needs (hygiene, work to pay rent, fulfill basic duties for other projects, sleep). exercise, diet, a healthy and balanced life- at other points in my life i've been capable of doing those things. in fact last year at this time i still had a spark of life left and was exercising, eating right. but right now i feel like i'm barely keeping my head above water.
