give him some credit. its perfectly understandable. its already clear over the
years tht Sergey is somewhat an autist, and just focuses and talks about
nich the work he is doing. I think Eric now being an advisor will be a great
positive influence and maybe be able to pull Sergey out of his shell and
teach him some business skills and such.
Sergey very much is skilled and knows what he is doing, but he also has
that "i will say minimal till its all done and let my work speak for itself" trait
autists often have which is becoming a hindrance at this point. Eric knows
that is actually a valuable strategy early on, and its how he built Googles
massive lead. So you would think as an advisor he would know if it was
appropriate to continue this way for Chainlink as it has been. Schmidt
talkin clearly sees LINK has that massive, unbeatable lead now so the "hiding
strategy" is actually hurtful going forward. Its time for Sergey to learn form
