Nothing a bit of grease shouldn't be able to fix. Right? I'm a europoor and never held a gun

For reference, I would not consider this a coin because it's not even a store of value. If they were redeemable at any time for a Big Mac I'd not be entirely unwilling to call them coins, though. Big Macs any time I want is value.

I hope this is true. I love cheapies.

Still possible today. A 11€ 5RM coin (12.5g silver) goes for $35-40.

Right. If he had been malicious with his decision to drop the gold standard it wouldn't have made sense to effecticely put the Reichsmark on a silver standard instead. The silver backed Reichsmark was wildly popular at the time. To this day it is highly sought after. Hitler is a man who keeps on giving even over half a century after his death. He didn't even put his own face on it. What a great guy. Thank you, Hitler.

Not gonna sell them any time soon because they seem to be getting pretty hard to source lately. At least that seems to be the case for the windmill RMs. It's still a 3x in terms of net worth, me selling them or not.

The based coins don't. Well, technically Hindenburg is lower nobility.

>new currency explicitly tied to the weight of silver
>₳1 = 1oz silver, ₳15 = 1oz gold or 15oz silver
This is just dollar 2.0, which is defined as ~27g of silver. Why not just do the obvious and honest thing and price things in gold and silver? 1oz = 1oz. Then a dozen eggs might cost 1/10oz or whatever.
Also, a fixed ratio like your post implies makes the currency vulnerable to arbitrage opportunities when GSR fluctuates. This was a big problem in the US at some point.
