It's pretty effective if you keep at it, I was practically bald by the time I started to take them. It makes it a little worse at first as older hairs die off and are replaced with newer stronger ones, but the difference between then and now is night and day. Might take a few years to grow back completely (I've probably got another year left before I'm back to where I was at 21).
