That's how I plan to ascend from Royal Chadness to Dragonhood if SHTF before I get there the traditional way. Antibiotics, antiparasitics, and other good pharma will be very valuable, people won't think twice about giving me all their jewelry, coin and silverware if they or their kids might die without my meds.
