I am beginning a new job which will be a 40 hour work week, which will be notably less than my previous employment.

I would like to engage in trade and commerce. I am not interested in pursuing stocks, bonds, crypto, metals, etc. I am already invested in those and would like to try my hand at something a bit more "applied", if you will.

I am not sure what exactly I'm looking for, but basically familiarizing myself with a market for a type of goods, working with producers of these goods, and distributing them to consumers and/or sellers.

I am wondering if any of you have any experience in this area and, if so, if you would be willing to share any thoughts, advice, or guidance.
