hi /biz/. i'm 32 and want to be a millionaire by the time i'm 40. what's the best strategy here? i feel over-diversified.

>two sports cars (both low-mileage, paid off, under warranty)
>one condo (paid off, renting it out)
>LIRA (self-managed) with $50k
>TFSA with $3,400
>brokerage account with $1,500
>approximately $10k in crypto
>$90 in my checking account
liabilities:
>$16,000 CC balance
