I did some reverse engineering on my career. It goes basically like this:
>Imagine you most succesful, self-actualized future self in 20 years and write it down. Once there, imagine what you would have to achieve 10 years prior, and write that down. Then go back five years. Then two and a half-year - until you get to one your from today.
I actually got it further down to one month from now.
