Pleeeease, the average woman would freak out and shut down the moment they were in any situation requiring a knife/gun. I work in a level 1 acute care psychiatric facility and when it comes to handling violent patients the women staff back away and let the men handle it. You're right in that it's more than physical strength differences, women are laughably inferior in staying calm or handling stressful situations.
Don't bother arguing, I've seen it happen time and time again at work. Believe whatever fantasies you want, frankly I don't care.
