I'm a software dev, I make a lot of commits to github doesn't mean I'm anymore active than my work mate who makes fewer commits, he actually does more work per sprint. Commits aren't a good measurement of growth, actual tangible results like spinner, or CanDB are. You know how many young fucking dev's with no real work experience are trying make it on ICP? A ton, the quality of these young guppys is incredibly low. All you have to do is look at the ecosystem and you can see what you get. No real devs are there because of the organized FUD from big names like the New York Times and no real marketing that's reaching people. Web3 as it is still needs to figure itself out. Everyone is using web2 trying to grab web3, guys follow my twitter, join my discord to get OG role and whitelist to my NFTs. That brings me to NFTs. this fucking ecosystem is polluted with this.
