Either your package is lost or stolen, the tracking # they gave you probably starts with LJ, these types of tracking don't usually get scanned because they're the cheapest way of shipping packages internationally and most countries just do it just to be nice. Should've asked the seller to register the pckg ($13 or so). Most postal thieves don't steal those, because USPS actually has to pay out for those packages, so of course they'll look into where it is/prioritize it so it won't even be stolen.

Either way, if the package doesn't arrive or show "delivered/customs update", you can win the case.
