weed businesses cant use banking services (transfer by wire, credit, loans) by federal law, they can only deal in cash, and that cash cannot go into a bank in any way (not to mention profits get double taxed by the FED too)

id be suprised if they dont have similar laws regarding using weed money for financial stocks and options

and a weed ETF would be a nightmare, since a judge or congress could make every single person holding such an ETF a felon overnight if they ever tighten up laws, so its nothing but risks up and down

and canadian companies either dont have the capital to set up an ETF, or dont want to be subject to future USA lawbreaking, since USA is a huge market, that you dont want to lose access to


just buy gardening stocks, like SMG

also, never look back, if you missed a buy or sell opportunity, dwelling on it wont change what you did, it will only cause FOMO
