It's been fucking HOURS and my tenant next door and the apartment above his are SHAKING the whole goddamn building jacking it!

I own the building but because of the fucking new COVID laws I can't evict either of them and neither of them pay any goddamn rent; one just whacks it 17 hours a day, and the other plays the drums. Now both of them are pumping their meat and the plates are falling off the shelves, the light fixtures are swinging, dust is falling from the rafters, wtf can I do???
