Is it retarded to drink coffee at work? You basically improve your energy levels at work (to further enrich your boss like a good slave) at the expense of your general energy level.

Is it illegal to make shitcoins and dump on everyone? Isn't it unregulated? What's stopping me from making memecoins on SOL repeatedly and dumping on everyone when I've made some good money?

I'm in bed about to go back to sleep because I stayed up until 8 am staring at charts. I'd normally just get up with 4 hours of sleep but I need some energy for the gym.

Nobody knows it's really a bull run until after it becomes obvious, then they act smug like they knew it all along. Take it one day at a time and focus on small consistent profits fren. With constant practice and experience you can stay one step ahead of (((them)))

How do you ensure you don't work too hard at your job while also maintaining the perception that you are needed and valuable (it can be true or not it doesn't matter)?
I'll start, a lot of these I learned from a book called "the rules of work"
>create a brand new role where one previously didn't exist and you define it entirely <- this is key
>aspire for semi technical roles so you can play middle man
>be the expert on things and always help people with technical questions (since you have plenty of time to spare, and you are smart, right anon?), but careful,
>never volunteer or help with grunt work ("aw shucks I don't have the cycles right now, busy with yadayada project)
>never make it known you worked after hours on something or you'll seem like a bitch
>your boss doesn't want to solve problems, be decisive and keep them informed (change course if they tell you)

>scrape short form videos (cars, boats, luxury things)
>add editing and music to make it cooler
>reupload onto instafag, nigtok, kikebook
>after a year or two have 100k-1MM followers
>sell account or start hawking affiliate stuff
Would this work?
Obviously SEO is dead (even though all those websites are still shitting up the internet). And boomboom and zoomzoom cattle now solely use social media service websites. The risk you face using a centralized service can be mitigated by having several accounts and spreading across all platforms.

>woke up at 8:40 am
>browse internet in bed
>turn on work laptop at 9 am
>no emails, no messages
>do some chores around the house
>sit in a few boring status update meetings
>have very little to do
>may ask for work later to avoid being accused of doing no work
>currently browsing internet
>plan to go walking during lunchtime

All motivation for my job has disappeared. I thought working from home at this pay would feel like heaven. It's definitely a huge improvement in my quality of life but I just want more money.

>woke up at 8.30 am and felt tired
>started work at 9 am
>shaved, sat in a few status meetings
>did a boring, non-urgent piece of bureaucratic work that was so boring
>go for lunch at 11.40 am
>have lunch, go for a walk
>just had a meeting that discussed future plans and currently in another long and boring meeting

It's a challenge moving from doing nothing to short periods of working.

Yesterday after work I lied in bed for 2 hours, browsed the internet and watched anime, then went to the gym, where the heavy weightlifting went well.

>played 3-4 hours of vidya from around 3 pm
>went for an ok and short walk
>Saturday
>went for a good walk in the morning in the sun
>drank coffee in car then had a light workout
>saw Oppenheimer in cinema and place was filled with women seeing Barbie
>binged on junk food at night
>Sunday
>woke up at around 1pm (didn't even sleep late but seemed to need catch up sleep)
>had tub of ice cream I bought the previous night
>went for a short walk outside
>drank coffee in car and read a book
>went to gym for light workout
>binged on fast food and then junk food
>browsed internet on phone until there was only 7 hours before work
>slept
>woke up today two hours early and browsed internet on phone instead of sleeping, even though I'd browse the internet during work
>start work at 9 am
>have some work to do this week but few meetings, so it's really low pressure this week
>plan to waste time today until after lunch time

I've almost finished a video game I've put around 60 hours in to.

I want to lose around 20kg but I struggle to really want to do it. Driving on a slightly rainy but light post-work summer evening to an aged shopping centre I went to as a child, walking under the flourescent lights, buying sugary junk to eat at home, is a kino feel. Also the Saturday night post-gym binge.

The company I work in is disorganised as fuck and I don't have real responsibilities as a result. I'm going to have to tell my manager because he thinks I'm doing real work that's really being done by other people.

>Not a trust fund kid
>Not the son of a millionaire
>Parent's didn't even save any money for anybody's future including themselves
>Parents didn't really bother to give me a proper upbringing at all, didn't even teach me strats on how to climb up the ladder or anything, literally just let me slack off on my PC playing vidya as much as I wanted
I know it's not all my parents fault but they did absolutely nothing for me besides letting me indulge indefinitely in my miserable, unhealthy habits. Still managed to become a pharmacist and I earn ok money but I can feel the wasted potential within me and I don't really have the energy to bring it out on my own.
