I typed it out in length back in one of the last (official) DBI threads
The TLDR is she was only halfway in the lifestyle. She didn't want to work and was terrible at idle time. Constantly wanted to go walk around towns instead of hiding out. Followed me when I'd go to work and then just loiter somewhere. Basically having her defeated the purpose of not paying rent because I was supporting both of us

in the end she was good for morale and blending in when we scouted out new areas (it's hilarious how friendly people are when they see a couple on the trail vs 1 guy in dark colors)

In the end I do miss her, but I knew if she stuck around I'd be in serious trouble financially or unprepared when winter time came
