companies dont give a shit about you bros, youre only there to make the company money and as long as you act like a victim this will get taken advantage of for the companies profit. beat them at their own game and use these tips to help you search for a new job

>think of a job you want. post a listing for that job on craigslist (choose a city other than your own. each listing costs between $10-$50 depending on your city) it helps to search for the same job on indeed and copy the requirement into the posting you make. then just copy and paste your info on the best resumes that get sent to your craigslist posting. (bonus cover letters too!)
>lie on your resume. simple as, just lie about how long you were at previous jobs (3 or so years looks good) lie about qualifications and areas of study. (youre still gonna have to back this up to some extent though so keep it within the bounds of what you can fake till you make it)
>get a few burner phones from walmart, create separate google voice numbers for them if you need to. WALA, you are now your own 3 references.
>Bonus from previous tip; use the burner phone to gather intel at the place you are applying to. call into the business posing as an exterminator/landscaper say you need the managers contact info. wala, email them directly about work.
