you can literally go from 4/10 to 8/10 with $25k in plastic surgery and a personal trainer. this isn't the fucking 80's where surgery is some hit or miss gamble that will fuck you up. pic related cost $3k and look how much difference it made. being rich literally makes you handsome. and its not being rich that gets you women, its the confidence that being rich gives you. the knowledge that you could buy or sell the sorry ass of just about anyone in a room. thats power, and women love that shit.

I've done ample research on the surgery. Unfortunately, the amazing results photos are the outliers. Most of the time the surgery doesn't have amazing effects and all come with serious downsides (implants = bone loss under implant, sliding genioplasty = a hellish torture where you drink for a straw for 2 months and often are left with permanent loss of feeling in your lower lip.)
