you should think for a second how much bnt hes getting in rewards. If bancor works out, he will never need to unstake because the money printer will set him for life

everyone who has a stake in the pool has the same voting rights into which pools get rewards extended. I think the assumption is that ETH/wBTC/LINK whales would vote AGAIST extending USDT although I really doubt that since USDT/ETH should be a popular transaction and liquidity is definitely needed there.

Stay tuned and find out anons. It's happening.
>>29052373
While I don't disagree that being on more chains can lock in more value, we're on Binance itself. BSC users can lock their gains into Bancor without friction already. I do think it'd be nice to have GRT, BNB and other high-flyers of this year whitelisted and filled up with liquidity, but the votes are chugging along nicely so I'm sure their time will come in the near future.

>so looking at it, choose a pool I’m comfy with the opposite side, and the rewards are c. 90-100% yearly apy for bnt. but could be higher for random shit coins?
Yeah, some of them can go as high as 160% APY but they can also dump down to 80% APY if a whale decides to squeeze in, while the LINK pool is at almost 200MM liquidity, good luck whaling that unless Sergey himself enters his stack.

If you have a hardware wallet, send your bancies to it first, then connect it to metamask
If you don't have a hardware wallet, send your bancies to metamask but be damn fucking sure your shit is clean and nobody is keylogging your ass.
Once your bancies show up in metamask, just go to https://app.bancor.network/eth/data/ and click on the little + behind a pool and drop them all in there by the wheelbarrow-full.
You'll see your funds under the protection tab of the same site.
Once your bancies are working for you, you'll earn rewards every couple minutes, but obviously with money skeleton raping us all on gas, you don't want to spend the gas to stake these into your chosen pool every minute. Most of us stake our rewards every month, or every week if you're a huge whale. The devs are working on a way to let rewards automatically be restaked for you, which means you'd have true compound interest on your stack + stake gains. Until then, you need to pay Vitalik his tribute every now and then.

That's correct. vBNT is the key to your safe. You can sell your key to a nice Jewish man who will give you a few blocks of gold in the form of BNT (or any other token) for it.
If you want access to your safe, you'll have to trade with the Jewish man again until you have a full key. The price of said key may or may not go up, down, or sideways. Your bet may leave you with gold to spare, or broke and forever unable to buy back your key from uncle Moshe. Bancies salute you for deepening the pools.

Bancor Chads, lets say I've been staking in the BNT/wBTC pool for 4 weeks. If I withdraw my bancies from this pool, does it also automatically withdraw my rewards earned during the staking period in this pool?
Looking to provide liquidity to some of the smaller pools but I can't be fucked to withdraw both the initial stake and the rewards separately if that's how it works.
My ass is too fat and comfy to pay gas twice.

Even removing the incentives that keep whales staked instead of dumping on your head, such as the 2x multiplier that you lose for ANY unstake, there's at least another year of liquidity mining. The only way you'll get dumped on, moreso than you would in any other hold, is if XRP suddenly jumps to 2k and becomes the standard, or if Bitcoin crashes to literally sub 1k levels and everyone wants to save their last few shekels.

With the current way tokens are released and burned, bancor behaves like a boomer stonk. We don't dip very hard, we don't go up very hard. But this is crypto so instead of 5% a year we get 5% every day or two.
If the trend holds and if the locked value steadily keeps climbing, as seen on https://defipulse.com/bancor , then we will keep going up. Hint: it will, because Bancor is the best, safest and most thoroughly battle tested option. The new LINK pool size increase was gobbled up in minutes. 40M worth of LINK just bulldozed in there like Sergey into a McDonalds.
If BTC is Gold, Litecoin is Silver, ETH is the SPY500 and Chainlink in the new internet, then Bancor is the Dow Jones.
