an offering is when a stock pumps hard and the company creates new shares to sell so they can raise money to expand the business, which dilutes the supply and makes your shares worth less. most newer companies do this but todd said that he is not going to because they dont need money right now. if the stock does moon really fucking hard, like a parabolic move to $2+ in the summer, they will probably do an offering to raise money for their new warehouse build.

CGC did 2 or 3 offerings on the way up as it ran from $1 to $60 i believe
