I’ve been experimenting with no Fap recently and I’ve noticied several significant changes. I was no Fap for 10 days prior to yesterday and I noticied when I was nofapping while simultaneously being on a very low calorie diet, I was so much more energy. I was literally bouncing off the walls at work and eating under 1,000 calories per day. I didn’t even need to eat while no fapping. I was only sleeping maximum 5 hours a day. I couldn’t sleep I had so much energy. It was nofap+a low calorie diet that was energizing me entirely. My body wasn’t digesting shitty American food and I kept my life force in tact via nofap and it was insane the amount of energy I had. Then I fapped yesterday and ate some burgers and now I’m sluggish, confused, foggy minded, slow. Biz should try nofap+VLC diet it works wonders

Let’s say I have $150 and I just wanna trade and try and make around $10 per day. Is leverage really necessary? I understand that 20x gains are better but 20x losses are worse. I usually trade on bybit due to high leverage options and also good liquidity minus bitmex sever errors. But bybit doesn’t have USDT pairs and the fees for converting to USDT are high as fuck. Is kucoin any good? What leverage do they offer and is it liquid enough for scalping a 1m chart?
